You can start a new play through by going to your account profile page and tapping “Load Save”. You can choose a new save profile and start new while also keeping your previously saved progress.
Your progress is stored locally on your device and through iCloud saving. You can use the steps below to ensure your progress is saved to iCloud or allow you to transfer your progress to another device logged into the same Apple ID account.
1. Ensure your device is connected to the internet with a strong connection
2. Check that the iCloud Drive is on
Go to device Settings, Apple ID, iCloud and then make sure that iCloud Drive is toggled on.
3. Check that Bold Moves + is enabled in iCloud
Go to device Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > scroll down until you see Bold Moves +. If you do not see Bold Moves +, try restarting your device and then checking for it again in the iCloud tab and making sure it's toggled on.
