I didn’t receive the items I purchased
We recommend refreshing your game.
1. Swipe up from the bottom of your device screen or press your Home button twice.
2. All your open apps will be displayed. You can swipe left or right to see each of them.
3. Swipe the app you wish to close upward off the screen.
4. Reopen the application and check if you received your items.

How do I request a refund?
All monetary transactions are handled through the App Store, to request a refund you can follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app
- Click on your Apple ID
- Click Media and Purchases then confirm View Account
- Scroll to Purchase History
- Scroll to find the purchase, and click on it
- Tap Report a problem
- Complete the form, note your reason for submitting the request and that you would like a refund.
This will show you any in-app purchases or apps you downloaded in the past 90 days.
You can also click the “report a problem” link on the receipt the App Store sent in your email for the purchase made.
