How do I check my iTunes purchases?

You can see your purchase history in the iTunes Store.

I didn’t receive the items I purchased

We recommend refreshing your game.

1. Press your Home button twice.
2. All your open apps will be displayed. You can swipe left or right to see each of them.
3. Swipe the app you wish to close upward off the screen.
4. Reopen the application and check if you received your items.

How do I request a refund?

Need to request a charge reversal for a purchase made on Apple’s Appstore? Since your purchase was made through the iOS payment platform you will need to contact iTunes Support for further assistance: https://getsupport.apple.com/

You can also click the “report a problem” link on the receipt iTunes sent in your email for the purchase made.

    I've been waiting to get a respond to my issues with losing purchased games. Still haven't heard anything and it's been nearly 4 days

    It has been over four days since my original request when I said that I lost at least 27 games. The first time I lost games I thought it was something I had done the second time I realized it was a game error. I have not purchased more games and won't until this is rectified

    So each time I purchase 5 lives to continue a game there's a charge thru itunes? Where are the prices and info on this?

    I love playing this game, it is so cute. However, due to constant glitches, freezing, and crashing, this game needs updating. I have lost so many games and gems due to constant crashing, especially frequent crashes as game is almost finished. In order to be able to continue playing, you have to reload the game and have lost a life. I have purchased multiple packs of gems to help my progress in the higher levels. Sometimes multiple gems have been used in order to continue on the one game. When the game suddenly crashes-all gems used are lost, money down the drain. This is not good enough-it happens very frequently. PLEASE FIX THE CRASHING ISSUE and stop ripping people off for purchasing gem packs.

    its hard to win when the app is CONSTANTLY crashing. Very frustrating. Bug fixes have created more bugs. App support is non existent. Money hungry. Everything for a price then the App crashes and there's no way to get your money back.
